Sybiha emphasized the importance of fully activating international diplomatic mobilization to stop Russia’s war and make it accept a ceasefire, stating:
"Tonight, Russia once again showed total disregard for the U.S. proposal for a full and unconditional ceasefire by launching a new large-scale attack on peaceful Ukrainian cities. To achieve a just and lasting peace, we need strength. We must truly make the 'peace through strength' approach effective."
