US futures indices rise while oil declines
Istanbul, April 22 (Hibya) – US futures indices showed an upward trend during the day.
US futures indices showed an upward trend during the day. The Dow Jones futures index rose by 0.40% to 49,535 points, while the S&P 500 futures index reached 7,131.75. The Nasdaq futures index also traded up by 0.56% at 26,783 points.
On the commodities side, oil prices recorded a limited decline. The price per barrel fell by 0.16% to $89.53.
Meanwhile, the US 10-year bond yield rose to 4.296%, continuing its upward trend. This outlook indicated that risk appetite in the markets found some, albeit limited, support.
