Wadephul: Putin’s Russia brings barbarism wherever it goes
Kyiv, March 31 (Hibya) – German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul emphasized on the fourth anniversary of Bucha’s liberation that the war crimes committed will not go unpunished.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul attended commemoration ceremonies in Bucha, a suburb of Kyiv, together with his Ukrainian and European counterparts.
Criticizing Russia’s aggressive policy, Wadephul said: “Together with my counterparts from Ukraine and the EU, we commemorated today the liberation of Bucha four years ago. Under Russian occupation, this quiet suburb of Kyiv had turned into hell on earth.”
Minister Wadephul stated that what happened in Bucha was not a coincidence, adding: “Bucha represents the inhumanity and brutality that are an integral part of Russia’s war, the unspeakable and deliberate crimes committed against civilians. Putin’s Russia brings war crimes and barbarism wherever it goes.”
