Zakharova noted that the Kyiv regime continues to ignore the 30-day moratorium on strikes against energy facilities, agreed upon by the presidents of Russia and the United States and supported by Zelensky.

The spokesperson said, “Ukrainian forces are launching drone attacks on Russia's fuel and energy infrastructure almost every day.”

She added that on April 15, Ukrainian neo-Nazis carried out a night terror attack using kamikaze drones against civilians in Kursk and surrounding areas: “One of the attacks deliberately targeted an ambulance station, damaging 11 vehicles.”

Zakharova also stated that United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk behaves in a manner incompatible with the status of a senior UN official, adding: “The hallmark of his office has become the application of double standards.”
