Zelensky: Everyone wants serious peace, and Russia must agree
Kyiv, May 31 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that everyone wants serious peace.
President Zelensky announced that they are currently preparing new diplomatic steps together with European partners and, most importantly, with the United States.
He noted that there is no clear information so far about what exactly the Russians plan to bring to Istanbul, saying, “We don’t know, Turkey doesn’t know, neither does the United States or other partners. At this point, it seems far from serious. We discussed this matter yesterday with President Erdoğan. Everyone wants serious peace, and Russia must agree to it.”
