Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he discussed personnel restructuring in the energy sector with Prime Minister Yuliya Svyridenko.

Regarding the meeting, Zelensky stated: “The pace of transformation is satisfactory, and full transparency in governance must be ensured.”

Zelensky noted that the mandates of a significant portion of supervisory boards of major state-owned energy companies will expire, and added:

“The pace of transformation is satisfactory, and full transparency in governance must be ensured. Today, the mandates of many supervisory boards of major state-owned energy companies will expire: Centrenergo, the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine, the Market Operator, Ukraine's Distribution Networks and the Ukrainian Energy Company. New members of supervisory boards must be appointed in December through an open and fair procedure. I instructed Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal to urgently renew supervisory boards in the defense sector as well. Management and oversight of internal processes in companies is carried out through supervisory boards, and this must be ensured 100%.”

Zelensky added: “I also instructed the Prime Minister to inform Ukraine’s key partners about the measures taken by the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure trust in Ukraine and its institutions.”
