Zelensky: Ukrainian paratroopers defend our independence
Kyiv, November 8 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukrainian paratroopers defend the country’s independence and hold their positions during the most critical battles and operations.
President Zelensky, marking the Day of the Airborne Forces, stated: “Ukrainian paratroopers defend our independence and hold their positions in the most critical battles and operations.”
Thanking every soldier of the Airborne Forces for their service, Zelensky added: “Today we are presenting Ukraine’s state awards to the truly deserving soldiers of the Airborne Forces — heroes who will serve as examples for many. Every unit of Ukraine’s Airborne Forces is our pride and independence.”
