Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that overnight a series of rocket and air bomb attacks hit homes and infrastructure in Zaporizhia. He noted that the number of wounded increased during the day and reported that there were also fatalities.

Zelensky added that in the morning, Russia carried out another drone attack on a civilian logistics center in the Kyiv region, saying: “This attack, which had no military purpose, was a deliberate Russian attack against Ukrainian businesses.”

He further stated: “During the day, an attack that hit the center of Kharkiv targeted university buildings. The National University of Pharmacy was just a target for Russia. Russian guided air bombs continue to rain down on settlements in Sumy, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions. FPV drone attacks continue in the Zaporizhia region. Kherson is under constant artillery fire.”
