Al Thani stated that he emphasized in his speech that countries capable of transforming their potential into strength and prosperity can make greater contributions to achieving peace and strengthening global stability. He also noted that, in the face of growing global challenges and divisions, the size of a country is no longer the primary factor determining its influence on the international stage.
