Madrid, August 21 (Hibya) - Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares condemned Israel’s decision to advance settlements in the occupied territories.

Albares said Israel’s settlement policy is contrary to international law and peace efforts, stating: “I firmly condemn the Israeli Government’s decision to advance settlements in the occupied territory. Settlements are contrary to international law and peace. Israel must reverse its decision and make progress in implementing the Two-State Solution.”
