Albares: Spain’s official development aid reaches highest level in 15 years
Madrid, April 13 (Hibya) — Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, stated that the country’s official development aid figures have reached their highest level in the past 15 years.

Commenting on the rise in development aid, Albares said, “In a global context characterized by increasing conflicts and decreasing funding, Spain’s Official Development Aid has reached its highest level in 15 years.”
