Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Police said the crash occurred on Saturday, October 18, when around 30 passengers were on board the bus. The number of injured people taken to nearby hospitals is still unknown.

The bus, heading to the city of Brumado, crashed in the city of Saloa in the state of Pernambuco. Police Chief Luciano Holanda described the vehicle as a “tourist bus.”

According to police, the driver lost control of the bus, crossed into the opposite lane, and hit rocks on the roadside. He then returned to the correct lane but struck a sand embankment, causing the bus to overturn.

Some passengers who were not wearing seat belts were thrown out of the vehicle during the rollover.

At the time of the accident, the bus was returning from Brumado in Bahia state to Santa Cruz do Capibaribe in the Agreste region of Pernambuco.
