Other cryptocurrencies also showed a predominantly downward trend. XRP lost 2 percent to $1.2987, Polkadot dropped 1.78 percent to $0.982, and Solana fell 1.43 percent to $100.345. Lido Staked ETH declined 1.17 percent to $2,322.67, while TRON slipped 0.06 percent to $0.331252. USD Coin also edged down 0.02 percent, trading at $1.0010.

Against the broader market decline, BNB rose 1.61 percent to $757.30. Tether gained 0.01 percent and traded at $0.9992.
