Budrys: Ukraine’s EU membership is in Europe’s strategic interest
Vilnius, January 26 (Hibya) – Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Kestutis Budrys held a phone call with Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Taras Kachka.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys discussed Ukraine’s EU integration process with Deputy Prime Minister Taras Kachka.
Stating that Lithuania fully supports Ukraine’s progress on the European path, Budrys said: “Ukraine’s EU membership is in Europe’s strategic interest and should be part of the security guarantees provided to Ukraine.”
