Canada condemns attacks on energy facilities in the Gulf region
London, March 20 (Hibya) - Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Anita Anand condemned Iran’s attacks targeting energy facilities in the Gulf region.
Canada’s Foreign Minister Anand stated that Canada condemns Iran’s missile and drone attacks targeting energy facilities in the Gulf region, especially the recent attack on Qatar’s Ras Laffan liquefied natural gas complex.
Anand added that Canada is equally appalled by the deliberate targeting of oil and gas infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries, saying: "We will continue to actively cooperate with our Gulf partners and the international community to support de-escalation."
