CENTCOM: CVN 72 ensures the maintenance of the highest level of readiness
Washington, April 11 (Hibya) - The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that daily operations and regional readiness activities are continuing aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72).
In CENTCOM's statement, it was noted that thousands of sailors are on duty to maintain the level of readiness in Middle Eastern waters.
The statement included the following remarks:
"As daily operations continue aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), thousands of sailors are ensuring that the ship maintains the highest level of readiness while sailing in regional waters in the Middle East."
