Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar expressed satisfaction with the unanimous adoption by the UNSC of the presidential statement titled "The Role of Diplomacy During Active Conflicts."

In a statement shared on his social media account, Dar said the initiative represented a continuation of Pakistan's efforts during its tenure on the UNSC to advance the peaceful settlement of disputes. Dar noted that the statement builds on Resolution 2788, adopted in 2025.

Emphasizing that diplomacy must not retreat during periods of intensifying conflict but should instead become a stronger instrument for de-escalation, dialogue and peace, Dar stated that the pursuit of peace and efforts to achieve it must continue even during the darkest periods of conflict.

He stated that Pakistan would remain committed to advancing diplomacy not merely through words, but through concrete steps aimed at promoting dialogue and supporting lasting peace.
