Islamabad, June 15 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation with Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.

During the call, the understanding reached between the United States and Iran was welcomed, and its importance for regional stability and the international community was emphasized.
The Japanese side expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s mediating role throughout the process and for its constructive diplomatic efforts.
The two sides also stressed the importance of maintaining diplomatic contacts and agreed on strengthening bilateral relations and increasing coordination in areas of mutual interest.
