Dar holds phone call with Turkish counterpart Fidan
Islamabad, March 26 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, during which regional developments and diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions were discussed.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding the call between Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Hakan Fidan.
It was noted that current regional developments were comprehensively evaluated during the call held late last night.
Emphasizing the need to keep diplomatic channels open, Dar highlighted the importance of diplomatic efforts and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace and regional stability.
At the end of the call, both sides agreed to remain in close contact.
