Dar: Immigration authorities in Pakistan will issue them visas
Islamabad, April 10 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar announced visa facilitation for journalists and delegates who will attend the 2026 Islamabad Talks, stating that participants will be able to obtain visas on arrival.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar reported that visa procedures had been eased ahead of the 2026 Islamabad Talks.
Referring to the 2026 Islamabad Talks, Dar said, “Pakistan welcomes all delegates, including journalists from participating countries traveling in connection with the 2026 Islamabad Talks.”
Calling on airlines, Dar said, “For this purpose, all airlines are requested to allow these individuals to board aircraft without visas.”
Speaking about arrangements at arrival points, Dar stated, “Immigration authorities in Pakistan will issue them visas on arrival.”
