Dar meets with Jordanian counterpart Safadi
Islamabad, February 19 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar met with Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi.
According to a statement from Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the high-level UNSC sessions in New York.
Both sides reviewed bilateral relations, welcomed the positive momentum created by the recent Pakistan-Jordan Joint Ministerial Commission, and agreed to further deepen cooperation in key sectors.
The ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments, particularly the situation in Gaza and the West Bank.
