Declines dominate Middle East markets
Istanbul, September 21 (Hibya) - Stock market indices in the Middle East region showed a predominantly selling-oriented picture.
Middle East stock market indices generally recorded declines. Israel's TA 35 index rose 1.02 percent to 4.289,98 points, becoming the only index in the region to post a positive performance.
Kuwait's Premier Market PR index fell 0.42 percent to 9.244,45 points, while Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share index declined 0.26 percent to 10.749,51 points. Jordan's Amman SE General index dropped 0.22 percent to 4.115,50 points, while the United Arab Emirates' DFM General index fell 0.49 percent to 5.957,23 points. Egypt's EGX 30 index declined 0.23 percent to 55.371,47 points, Palestine's Al-Quds index fell 0.31 percent to 703,29 points, Qatar's QE General index dropped 1.12 percent to 9.550,44 points, Oman's MSM 30 index fell 0.40 percent to 4.393,15 points, and Bahrain's All Share index declined 0.31 percent to 1.951,36 points.
