Gold prices fell by 0.74% to 4,717.90 dollars. Silver prices declined by 2.44% to 76.06 dollars, while copper also traded lower, down 1.41% at 6.042 dollars.
Platinum prices dropped by 2.07% to 2,044.90 dollars, while palladium lost 1.62% and remained at 1,531.00 dollars.
Overall, the downward trend in metals continued in commodity markets.
