European markets trade flat with a positive bias
Istanbul, July 23 (Hibya) - European markets showed a flat but positive performance during the trading session. While stock markets in the United Kingdom and Italy posted gains, markets in Germany and France remained largely unchanged.
The UK's FTSE Index rose 1.24% to 10,716.97 points, while Italy's FTSE MIB Index gained 0.97% to reach 52,792.04 points.
The pan-European STOXX 600 Index remained unchanged at 646.93 points, while Germany's DAX Index held steady at 25,155.41 points.
In France, the CAC Index also closed the day virtually unchanged at 8,437.89 points.
