New York, April 24 (Hibya) – UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher met with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Miao Deyu, Special Representative for African Affairs Xue Bing, and Special Envoy for the Middle East Zhai Jun.
