Frieden: I welcome the achievement of a ceasefire in Gaza
Luxembourg, October 13 (Hibya) – Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden stated that he welcomes the achievement of a ceasefire in Gaza.
In his statement, Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden said, “I welcome the release of the hostages held by Hamas after two long years and the achievement of a ceasefire in Gaza.”
Frieden noted that today is a moment filled with hope for both Israelis and Palestinians, toward a two-state solution and lasting peace in the region. He added that Luxembourg stands ready to support any initiative that will bring a just and sustainable peace to the peoples of Israel and Palestine.
