Global bond yields show a predominantly downward trend
Istanbul, August 26 (Hibya) - Bond markets mostly declined during the week's trading session.
Bond markets mostly declined during the week's trading session. The 10-year bond yields of Germany, France, Japan and the UK fell, while the US bond yield posted a limited increase.
Germany's 10-year bond yield (Bund 10-YR) fell 0.024 points to 3.1801 percent. France's 10-year bond yield (FRA 10-YR) lost 0.0212 points to stand at 4.0357 percent.
Japan's 10-year bond yield (JPN 10-YR) declined 0.012 points to 2.88 percent, while the UK's 10-year bond yield (UK 10-YR) fell 0.0066 points and traded at 4.9849 percent.
The US 10-year bond yield (US 10-YR), meanwhile, diverged positively from the market, gaining 0.002 points and closing the day at 4.641 percent.
