Guterres: Journalists in Gaza face the risk of famine and death
New York, December 1 (Hibya) – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres stated that journalists in Gaza face the same risks and realities as the people they report on.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres made an assessment regarding the situation of journalists in Gaza. He said:
"Journalists in Gaza face the same risks and realities as the people they report on: displacement, famine, and death.
They must be able to carry out their essential duties without interference, intimidation, or harm."
