Irish Trade Minister Harris spoke with Spanish Trade and Business Minister Cuerpo
Dublin, April 4 (Hibya) - Ireland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Defence and Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris held a phone conversation with Spain’s Minister of Economy, Trade, and Business Carlos Cuerpo.
Harris said they had a productive and engaging discussion with his Spanish counterpart Carlos Cuerpo.
He noted that they discussed the recent U.S. tariff announcements and ways to cooperate at the EU level to protect common trade interests. “We look forward to continued collaboration,” he added.
