Kallas: Russia understands only force
Brussels, October 20 (Hibya) – The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, said that this week they are working on adopting the 19th package of sanctions against Russia.
Speaking ahead of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting, Kallas said that Russia understands only force.
“Russia only comes to the negotiating table when it is under pressure. That is why this week we are working on adopting our 19th package of sanctions,” Kallas said.
