Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson commented on the statement that an arson attack targeting a defense company in Estonia had been organized by Russia.

Kristersson said, “The attribution of the arson attack that Estonia says was organized by Russia against a defense company is extremely serious. Sweden stands fully behind Estonia, and I am in close contact with Prime Minister Kristen Michal.”

Kristersson said such attacks target Europe as a whole, stating, “This pattern of attacks targets Europe as a whole. The aim is to weaken our support for Ukraine and intimidate us. It will not work.”

Kristersson said Sweden and Estonia would increase support for Ukraine and take new measures against Russia, adding, “Together, we will increase our support for Ukraine and take new measures against Russia. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen our preparedness and resilience.”
