Lava erupts from Hawaii’s Kilauea Volcano
Washington, November 10 (Hibya) – The U.S. Geological Survey captured footage of lava erupting from Hawaii’s Kilauea Volcano.
The volcano continues its periodic eruptions within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
The molten rock remains inside the national park and poses no threat to homes or infrastructure.
Kilauea has been erupting at regular intervals since late last year, and scientists say the magma continues to follow the same underground path toward the surface.
The volcano is located on Hawaii Island, about 320 kilometers south of Honolulu.
