Lipavsky: Restrictions imposed on Russian diplomats’ movement within the Schengen area
Prague, October 23 (Hibya) – Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky stated that the European Union has imposed restrictions on the movement of Russian diplomats within the Schengen area.
Foreign Minister Lipavsky said they had accomplished a difficult task and that, following his proposal, the EU today imposed restrictions on the movement of Russian diplomats within the Schengen area.
He noted that this represents a concrete result of his government’s work on European security, adding: “Let us be proud of ourselves. The Czech Republic is a strong player and a leader in European security policy.”
