Macron: France will work for dialogue, justice and brotherhood among peoples
Paris, April 10 (Hibya) - French President Emmanuel Macron emphasized their shared determination for world peace and dialogue among peoples following his face-to-face meeting with Pope Leo XIV.
French President Emmanuel Macron was received by Pope Leo XIV.
Expressing his pleasure at meeting Pope Leo XIV, Macron said, "I am very pleased to meet His Holiness Pope Leo XIV. We share the same belief: in the face of the world's fragilities, acting for peace is both a duty and a necessity."
Referring to France’s international role, Macron stated, "France will always work for dialogue, justice and brotherhood among peoples."
