MED9 countries meet in Trogir to discuss European agenda
Trogir, October 1 (Hibya) - At a meeting held in Trogir under Croatia's MED9 Presidency, the geopolitical situation in Europe and the Mediterranean, security, competitiveness, climate and the EU's foreign policy were discussed.
A meeting of ministers and state secretaries responsible for European affairs was held in Trogir under Croatia's MED9 Presidency.
The meeting was chaired by State Secretary for European Affairs Andreja Metelko. The first session covered the geopolitical situation in Europe and the Mediterranean, the European Union's foreign policy, competitiveness, security and resilience, as well as climate issues.
The discussions also placed particular emphasis on the Multiannual Financial Framework covering the 2028–2034 period.
European Commissioner responsible for the Mediterranean Dubravka Suica also attended the meeting as a special guest.
