European Parliament President Roberta Metsola expressed her support for the victims and their families and wished those injured a speedy recovery following an armed attack on the Main Square in Krakow, Poland, on Saturday afternoon.

Expressing deep sadness upon hearing the news of the attack, Metsola said, "My thoughts are with the innocent victims and their families. I wish everyone injured a swift and full recovery."
