North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Timço Mucunski held a meeting with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Theodoros Rousopoulos, as part of the 2025 Dubrovnik Forum.

Marking the 30th anniversary of North Macedonia’s membership, Mucunski reaffirmed the country’s strong commitment to the values and standards of the Council of Europe, stating:

"We discussed the importance, independence, and implementation of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. I thanked the Council for its support in advancing reforms and aligning with European standards. We also exchanged views on broader security threats in Europe, particularly Russia’s aggression against Ukraine."
