Oil rises while natural gas declines in energy commodities
Istanbul, July 20 (Hibya) - Oil prices advanced in the energy commodities market, while natural gas prices declined. Gasoline and heating oil contracts also closed the day in positive territory.
Oil prices rose in the energy commodities market on the final trading day of the week, while natural gas prices declined.
Brent crude climbed 2.54% to $90.34 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude gained 2.17% to trade at $84.28 per barrel.
Natural gas futures, meanwhile, fell 1.00% to 2.882.
Among refined fuel products, gasoline (RBOB) futures rose 1.04% to 3.428, while ultra-low sulfur diesel/heating oil (ULSD) futures gained 2.10% to trade at 4.1498.
