Pakistan and Egypt foreign ministers hold talks
Islamabad, April 12 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar briefed Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty on the “Islamabad talks” and the regional ceasefire process during their meeting.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar held a phone call with Egypt’s Foreign Minister Abdelatty.
During the call, Dar informed his Egyptian counterpart about the ongoing process within the framework of the “Islamabad talks” and Pakistan’s continuing initiatives aimed at facilitating interaction between the parties.
The importance of maintaining the parties’ commitments to the ceasefire was emphasized, along with the need to continue dialogue and diplomatic efforts to ensure peace and stability in the region and beyond.
