Pakistani and Philippine foreign ministers discuss bilateral relations in Brussels
Brussels, 21 November (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishak Dar, met with the Secretary-General of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs, Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, in Brussels.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 4th EU–Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum held on 20–21 November.
During the talks, both sides reviewed all aspects of bilateral relations and assessed opportunities to enhance mutual cooperation.
Representatives of Pakistan and the Philippines expressed satisfaction with their cooperation within the United Nations and other international platforms. They highlighted their reciprocal support for each other’s candidacies and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining this constructive collaboration.
Both countries agreed to continue close contact.
