Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Dar congratulates Bangladesh
Islamabad, February 13 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar congratulated Tariq Rahman, who oversaw Bangladesh’s elections, stating that relations between the two countries would be strengthened on the basis of sovereign equality and mutual respect.
Foreign Minister Dar congratulated Rahman for managing Bangladesh’s elections. Dar expressed his belief that under Rahman’s leadership, Bangladesh would continue on the path of peace, progress and prosperity.
He also congratulated the people of Bangladesh on a successful democratic transition and emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation on the basis of sovereign equality and mutual respect.
