Palestinian demand for deterrent sanctions against settler militias
Ramallah, April 28 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates demanded the imposition of international deterrent sanctions against settler militias.
According to a statement from the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, the ministry demanded the imposition of international deterrent sanctions against settler militias and the cessation of increasing violations and crimes throughout the West Bank.
The statement said: "The ministry noted that international reactions to settler attacks are still insufficient and disproportionate to the scale of the crimes committed, and demanded the imposition of international deterrent sanctions against the entire colonial settlement system, and serious international pressure on the Israeli government to eliminate settler terror strongholds in the occupied West Bank. It also called for the arrest of members of settler groups and the drying up of their financial resources."
