Peskov: The quieter the negotiations are conducted, the more productive they will be
Moscow, 3 December (Hibya) – Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced at a press briefing that negotiations between Russia and the United States will be carried out more “quietly” to achieve better results.
Responding to a question about the agreement between the parties not to disclose the terms of the dialogue, Peskov said: “There is an understanding that the quieter these negotiations are conducted, the more effective they will be.”
Peskov confirmed that this agreement remains in force and that no changes to this approach are planned.
On the same day, Russian Deputy President Yuri Ushakov announced that Moscow and Washington had agreed not to disclose the terms of the negotiation process.
