Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic announced that they attended the commemoration ceremony marking the 81st anniversary of the prisoners’ escape from the Jasenovac concentration camp. Plenkovic stated that they condemn the crimes committed by the Ustaša regime and honor the victims with respect.

Calling on school administrators and teachers, Plenkovic noted that they encourage more students from different regions of Croatia to visit the Jasenovac Memorial Site as part of extracurricular activities. He stated that through these visits, students can directly learn about this part of history.

Emphasizing that the government will continue to support the work of the Jasenovac Memorial Site and strengthen collective memory, Plenkovic said they will continue to build a tolerant and inclusive society that is well aware of its past.

Plenkovic also thanked the acting director of the Jasenovac Memorial Site, Sara Lustig, for her work, noting that compared to last year, Bogdanović’s “Flower” monument has been restored and a new memorial area and plaque have been installed.
