Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks with UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

During the meeting, the parties expressed deep concern over the worsening military and political situation in the Middle East, civilian casualties, and damage to civilian infrastructure, particularly energy and industrial facilities.

The leaders emphasized the importance of ending the conflicts as soon as possible and increasing political and diplomatic efforts that take into account the legitimate interests of all states in the region.

Putin and Al Nahyan also expressed satisfaction with the high level of relations between Russia and the United Arab Emirates, noting that cooperation continues to develop successfully in many areas.
