In a statement issued by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State of Qatar strongly condemned the repeated Iranian attacks against the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait.

The statement stressed the need to protect the region from the negative consequences of these unjustified attacks. It also called for de-escalation, adherence to dialogue and diplomacy, and further building on the achievements made under the current Memorandum of Understanding in a way that strengthens regional and international security and stability.

The ministry reiterated Qatar's full solidarity with Bahrain and Kuwait and affirmed its support for all measures they may take to safeguard their sovereignty.
