Saar: Incitement poisoning young minds must end
Jerusalem, May 7 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar stated that the European Parliament has adopted another resolution calling for an end to incitement in the Palestinian education system, expressing satisfaction with the decision.
Foreign Minister Saar said that the European Parliament adopted another resolution calling for an end to incitement in the Palestinian education system.
He noted that the Parliament clearly stated that EU financial aid should only be provided if Palestinian textbooks are free of antisemitism, incitement against the State of Israel, and glorification of terrorism.
Saar said, “We welcome this decision and call on the EU to listen to the voice of Europe’s elected representatives. Incitement that poisons the minds of young generations must end.”
