Sanchez: An immediate ceasefire is needed
Madrid, August 13 (Hibya) - Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said that an immediate ceasefire is needed to create the conditions for a just and lasting peace.
Prime Minister Sanchez announced that he held a virtual meeting with several leaders of the Ukraine Security Volunteers Coalition.
Emphasizing that an immediate ceasefire is needed to create the conditions for a just and lasting peace, Sanchez said: “Ukraine must be a party to any decision regarding its future.”
He added that Spain remains firmly committed to peace and security in Ukraine and Europe.
