Sanchez: Unemployment in Spain falls below 10 percent for the first time since 2008
Madrid, Jan. 27 (Hibya) — Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced that employment in the country is nearing a historic peak.
Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez said that the unemployment rate has fallen below 10 percent for the first time since 2008.
Sanchez noted that the number of people employed in Spain has approached 22.5 million, marking a new historic record. The prime minister stated, “More stability, less youth unemployment, and higher-quality employment,” emphasizing that the process will continue with determination.
