Expressing his great appreciation for Jordan’s leading role in humanitarian aid to Gaza, Schoof said: “We discussed possible ways to deliver aid quickly and safely to the people of Gaza, and the contributions the Netherlands has made and can continue to make. I also spoke with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and expressed my support for civilians in difficult conditions in Gaza. The Netherlands will continue its efforts to ensure unhindered access to humanitarian aid.”
